He Bears It

Psalm 68:19 NIV

"Praise be to the Lord, to God our Savior, who daily bears our burdens."

Just when you think you are all alone....

Think about it.  Most of the time we don't.  We accept our loneliness and forget the one with the shoulder to cry on. How many times have you ignored God's presence when you felt all alone?

Hurt?  God is there.  Saddened?  God is there.  Hospitalized?  God is there.  Angry?  God is there.  Lonely?  God is there.

Listen to the Psalm:

Psalm 68:1-3, 5-6 NIV

"May God arise, may his enemies be scattered; may his foes flee before him. May you blow them away like smoke— as wax melts before the fire, may the wicked perish before God. But may the righteous be glad and rejoice before God; may they be happy and joyful. A father to the fatherless, a defender of widows, is God in his holy dwelling. God sets the lonely in families,  he leads out the prisoners with singing; but the rebellious live in a sun-scorched land. "

Does this sound like anyone who would leave you alone in your worst moments or not celebrate with you when times are good?  Let God arise in your heart.  Give Him room in your life.  Recognize His presence with praise or at least a thank you.

He is waiting to hear from you - every moment of everyday!  Call on God. He is closer than you can imagine.
