Isaiah 41:10 NIV
"So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand."
What a great day to be a child of God. Why? God is for us not against us.
Through Isaiah, God tells us not to fear or be dismayed. To not fear means we should not lose faith and cower. To not be dismayed means we should not look around for the next attack by the enemy.
God is our God. He never falters and is never surprised. God will strengthen us or provide the courage we need to feel strong. God will help us or provide the care needed as we get back on our feet. As the ultimate gift, God supports us to keep us from stumbling.
God also uses the right hand of righteousness. The right hand has been the symbol of truth for millenia. Ever wonder why we raise our right hand during testimony in court?
As you go through your day, rest assured of God's provision for your life. Trust Him to be your strength and your help.
