Nathan Deal and "Real" Women

I received this email from Nathan Deal (a Republican candidate for governor of Georgia):

subject: Real Women, Real Leaders support Nathan

Real Women. Real Leaders. Real Conservatives.
All have endorsed a Real Leader, Nathan Deal

So I have to ask - Is Deal saying Karen, Handel, Jan Brewer, and Sarah Palin are not real women? Is he saying they are not real leaders?

This is from the man who spent most of his political career as a Democrat and then when politically expedient became a Republican. This from the man who spent the last 18 years in Washington D.C. and now is coming to Georgia to tell us how to do it. Nathan - take a hint - we don't want your kind running government!

Here is the reply from Karen's campaign:

Shockingly, Nathan Deal, sent out an e-mail message this morning that "real" women support him. We have news for Mr. Deal. Sarah Palin is a real woman, and she supports Karen. Governor Jan Brewer is a real woman, and she supports Karen. And the hundreds of thousands of conservative Georgia women who are supporting Karen Handel are real women.

After over $1 million of negative, untrue attacks by Nathan Deal and John Oxendine, the momentum for Karen continues to build. The good old boys are ganging together in an attempt to prevent real reform and ethical leadership that Karen Handel will bring. The days of elected officials living off the taxpayers with their sweetheart deals are coming to an end.

Help send them a message this Tuesday. Change is coming to Georgia politics. Vote for Karen Handel this Tuesday.
